We hope you'll find this to be a space where we share updated information about gluten-free living and eating
AND where we all can share information, so please feel free to comment on posts or email us information you think should be included. Be sure to check out our sister site: BmoreGfree.com So that's that. Enjoy!
Thank you for posting this! I am a Baltimore-based artist and musician - recently diagnosed with Celiac.
ReplyDeleteThank you for putting this map together. I'd like to suggest 2 other places. Holy Frijoles in Hampden 36th St. (the Avenue Hon). Food that is safe: Chips and salsa, Nachos, hard shell corn taco, enchilada and taco salad (not in the bowl) are all safe, add Chicken, beans or veggies too. Also Nacho Mama's in Canton on the square. Ask the bartender for assistance with menu choices, very knowledgeable.
ReplyDeleteGrano Pasta Bar on the Avenue in Hampden also serves Gluten Free. It's a small place with authentic italian dishes. They make the food right there and can tell you exactly what goes into each dish.
