Breakfast: The Most Difficult Gluten-Free Meal of the Day...

So, I've found that gluten-free breakfasts are the most difficult, so I've decided to compile a list of various breakfast foods that are gluten-free.  Feel free to add your own in the comments.
  • Van's Waffles
  • Erewhon Rice Twice Cereal
  • EnviroKids Gluten-Free Cereals (beware: some aren't gluten-free!)
  • Yoplait Yogurt
  • Breakstone Cottage Cheese
  • Fresh Fruit
  • Gluten-free toast, plain or with butter, jelly, or peanut butter
  • Eggs
  • Gluten-free bacon
  • Ensure (I don't recommend the vanilla flavor...but that's my opinion)
  • Trader Joe's Gluten Free Granola
  • Gluten-free bagel toasted with butter, jelly, or Philadelphia cream cheese
  • Grits, with butter, or shredded cheese
