Toast the Bread...and other gluten-free tips

  1. If you want to be able to enjoy the $5 loaf of sandy, gritty gluten-free bread...put it in the toaster.  It will taste better; I promise.
  2. Gluten-free food is expensive.  Freeze what you don't use to make it last longer.
  3. Don't eat the pasta without some type of sauce.
  4. Watch out for cross-contamination -- keep your gluten-free products gluten-free!
  5. Get a second toaster, and use it only for gluten-free products.
  6. Remember that food isn't actually the only part of your life.
