- If you want to be able to enjoy the $5 loaf of sandy, gritty gluten-free bread...put it in the toaster. It will taste better; I promise.
- Gluten-free food is expensive. Freeze what you don't use to make it last longer.
- Don't eat the pasta without some type of sauce.
- Watch out for cross-contamination -- keep your gluten-free products gluten-free!
- Get a second toaster, and use it only for gluten-free products.
- Remember that food isn't actually the only part of your life.
