Vegan & Gluten-Free?

My cousin is vegan, and I am gluten-free.  For his birthday my family thought it would be a great idea to get him a vegan cake.  After calling what seemed like thousands of places, I finally contacted Great Sage in Clarksville, MD.  Well, they apparently have a gluten-free, vegan carrot cake.  I am quite excited to try it tomorrow and let you know the results.
