Gluten-free Baguettes? The scoop on gluten-free breads...

Against the Grain Gourmet did it.  They made an outstanding gluten-free baguette.  I'm not sure it's exactly like a gluten filled baguette, but if you toast that sucker up, it certainly seems to come close.  It's lightweight and chewy on the inside, and crispy on the outside.

For sandwich bread there are a few great options:  Whole Foods Market Gluten Free Bakehouse, Glutino (available at Whole Foods Market, Wegmans, The Natural Market), Kinnikinnick (The Natural).
